The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide is a set of guidelines and best practices put together by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is also the focus of the most widely recognized project management certification: the Project Management Professional credential. This course is the final part of a four part series meant to provide users with a thorough understanding of the PMBOK Guide and complete preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam and the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) exam. Vanina Mangano is a certified Project Management Professional with experience in project management, business analysis, and strategic management. Since 2007, Ms. Mangano has provided specialized training within the field of project management and business analysis.
