The Project Management Body of Knowledge – or PMBOK Guide for short – is a set of guidelines and best practices put together by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is also the focus of the most widely recognized project management certification: the Project Management Professional credential. This course is part two of a four part series meant to provide you with a thorough understanding of the PMBOK Guide and complete preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam and the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) exam. PMBOK Part 2 provides a detailed overview of the first three Knowledge Areas of the PMBOK Guide: Project Integration, Project Scope, and Project Time. Vanina Mangano is a certified Project Management Professional with experience in project management, business analysis, and strategic management. Since 2007, Ms. Mangano has provided specialized training within the field of project management and business analysis.
